  5. En una sartén o wok amplio (que está a fuego medio) agregamos el aceite de coco (o de oliva) y comenzamos a agregar los ingredientes.
  6. Primero las zanahorias y salteamos por 2-3 min. luego la cebolla y saltemos otros 2-3 min. luego los pimientos y seguimos salteando 2-3 min. y por último agregamos la soya y sal al gusto, salteamos otros 2 min y agregamos la salsa agridulce. Revolvemos bien y dejamos cocinar por 3 min más hasta que hierva. Apagamos y agregamos ajonjolí para dar más sabor.
  7. Listo, podemos acompañar con arroz al vapor. Provechito.
