- Poner en el sartén las rodajas de jitomate y el queso panela a fuego medio alto y dejar por unos 2 minutos (esto es dependiendo del punto tipo asado que a ti te guste), dar vuelta y dejar el mismo tiempo que hayas elegido y retirar.
- En un plato poner la lechuga, el jitomate, el atún, el queso panela, exprimir los 3 limones sobre nuestra ensalada, agregar la cucharada de aceite de oliva y poner la pizca de sal.
- Listo. Si gustas y te apetece puedes agregar nueces, frutos secos, cacahuate garapiñado, etc.
