- Mientras se cuece o se enfría la pechuga vamos a picar en cuadritos la zanahoria, el chayote y la papa (si son muy grandes solo la mitad de cada uno). Vamos a ponerlos a cocer en una olla con suficiente agua. y un poquito de sal.  
- Siguiendo las instrucciones vamos a poner a cocer 100 g de pasta de tu preferencia, en mi caso utilicé de Codito. Lo único que tuve que hacer es ponerla en una olla con agua hirviendo de ocho a 10 minutos y después escurrir para que enfriara.  
- Ahora, ya que está fría la carne vamos a desmenuzarla y rebanamos la lechuga. 
- En un recipiente grande, pones la pechuga con mayonesa y crema al gusto yo puse dos cucharadotas de cada uno, agrega la lechuga y mezcla muy bien.   
- Ahora la verdura cocida y la pasta para mezclar con cuidado.Puedes añadir en este. Paso los chiles en vinagre.  
- ¡Dejas reposar 15 min y listo! A comer se ha dicho. Se puede acompañar de tostadas.😍
