- En un bowl colocar la leche condensada y el Philadelphia y batir hasta que se junten y formen una mezcla uniforme 
- Colocar las 2 tazas de frutos rojos en la licuadora y pasar por un colador, reservamos 1/4 de taza y el resto lo agregamos a él bowl donde está la mezcla de leche condensada y Philadelphia, una vez que esté incorporado todo, colocar la grenetina y revolver hasta integrar, luego agregar 4 cucharadas de crema chantilly y revolver con paleta miserable, enseguida agregar toda esta mezcla al molde para tartas donde previamente tenemos la base lista y refrigeramos por 4 horas
- Mientras al 1/4 de pulpa de fruta que teníamos reservado le agregamos 1/2 sobre de grenetina (esta debe estar hidratada y lista para usar)lo calentamos a fuego lento y al hervir lo quitamos del calor... pasadas las 3 horas sacamos la tarta de la nevera y colocamos esta mezcla de pulpa con grenetina y le colocamos frutos rojos luego volvemos a meter en el refrigerador y dejar por 1 hora  
- Pasado este tiempo sacamos y el resto de crema chantilly la usamos para decorar a nuestros gusto.... espero les guste y la hagan 🤗🥰
