  3. 1 huevo
  4. 85 ml aceite oliva
  5. 180 gr chocolate 85%

  8. 1 pizca sal

  1. Calentamos horno 180grados.
  2. Deshacemos el chocolate baño María en el caso que sea en pastilla. Si es en polvo, mezclamos con la harina, bicarbonato y tamizamos. Reservamos. Yo lo puse en polvo. Este sale muy bueno y el de valor también. Mezclé de los dos porque no me llegaba.
  3. Quitar el hueso de los dátiles, si los tiene y trituramos en batidora con un poco de agua o leche vegetal. Mezclamos en un bol los líquidos (aceite, chocolate deshecho, huevo y vainilla) y en otro harina, bicarbonato, sal y dátiles)
  4. Unimos las dos mezclas y amasamos bien hasta tener una masa homogénea. Se une y se amasa bien..
  5. En una bandeja colocamos papel vegetal.. hacemos bolitas pequeñas y las ponemos sobre el papel del horno y chafamos un poco. Intruducimos al horno 15 minutos. Y dejamos enfriar. Bon profit! Buen provecho!
